About

Loud and Proud actually started July 4th, 2007. When a mild mannered guy named Unkle Bonehead decided he wanted to help out the true unsung heroes of music…the little guys. So he started The Unkle Bonhead Show and continued doing his best to serve the local bands from all over the world. He soon ended up being syndicated on The Den Radio and The Bush Radio.net. He then went and committed virtual suicide by being on a political station and changed the format of the show to a “Talk” show. Boy was he ever wrong…or was he? The station changed hands and freed up Unkle Bonehead to persue another dream. To be a rock star! While that is still on the upswing the band that he hooked up with has jumped on board with the show. And the rebirth of The Bush Radio has helped to ramp up what is turning out to be one of the best shows on the net.

“I think that the combination of  having my fellow bandmates on the show as well as The Bush Radio returning and basically partnering with me has taken the show to the next level and it will probably take it beyond.” Unkle Bonehead has been quoted as saying. “Gary, John and Charlie are able to bring high quality ideas, personalities and entertainment to what was basically just me sitting in front of a microphone for half and hour per week.

I talk to all of them on a daily basis about the show and they have all jumped in with both feet and basically taken ownership. I like that! Just as long they dont expect me to pay them cause that aint happenin! It seems like we have new segments starting every week and are looking for time to play music. Up until they came on board I was working all week looking for music to play! Now I cant get a word in edgewise with them. It is always a great show and I feel like I laugh more than I get to talk. I literally had to walk away from the mic one time just so I could breathe! I love these guys like they are my brothers. I hope we work together for a good long time to come.”
